Over the years, fans have strongly criticized the management of the former member of the Shield. Vince McMahon, at the time head of the creative team, had tried in every way to make Roman Reigns the protagonist in WWE in the role of the “good guy”. Someone dearly loved by the public. The audience, however, has often rejected the former Big Dog.

And now, he is finally the head of the table and ruling the WWE. And in his latest fight, he is being supported by his cousin Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson. Johnson isn’t just helping Reigns in the ring but has also been giving him lessons behind the scenes. One of which was recently revealed by the Tribal Chief.

Two of WWE’s biggest stars in history, Roman Reigns and The Rock, were recently on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they promoted the two nights of WrestleMania 40. There, both assured that they will be more than happy once they humiliate Cody Rhodes twice at WrestleMania 40. It was during this conversation that Reigns revealed why he doesn’t like the AEW star and his fixation with finishing his story. Something that goes against the shark tank advice given to him by Johnson. He said, “I think Cody’s reading the wrong book at this point. Because we don’t care about his story. It’s a funny thing, because you told me this a long time ago. In the wrestling business, there’s no call sheet. There’s no, you know, like, “He’s number one, he’s number two.” So everybody in our roster believes they’re number one. So it’s just a shark tank. Everybody is trying to take each other out.”

He further added, “This guy’s been chasing me for two years now. I’ve beaten him. We’ve crossed this bridge already. So this is where we close the book completely on this guy, Cody Rhodes. And we display what the most powerful family in pro wrestling is all about. That’s what this weekend, to me, is all about.”

Well, now both cousins are looking forward to beating the American Nightmare in that match where Rhodes will have Seth Rollins as an ally. And then, when Roman Reigns defeats Cody Rhodes to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, he will close the book on this chapter. But for now, he would like to enjoy another record he broke today.
