Fans say Tonga Loa can't wrestle—Do you agree, or is he being unfairly targeted?

Tonga Loa is now the new WWE Tag Team Champion, as we all saw Solo Sikoa make it happen. On this week’s Smackdown, Jacob Fatu, on instructions from his Tribal Chief, awarded the Tag Team Championship to Loa, but it seemed that the audience was not pleased. As we all know, Loa is infamous for his botches in the ring, which led to some unwelcome chants from the spectators.

Tonga Loa has always gotten a lot of attention across the world due to his family heritage. Aside from his tremendous presence, the downside is that his in-ring talents are below average, which results in a number of botches. He has made several mistakes in the WWE during the previous three months, and as a result, he has received a lot of criticism on the internet. It appears that when on Smackdown The Bloodline segment aired this week, the internet backlash was carried to the live crowd.

We watched how Fatu lost the Championship gold, and supporters despised the move. More than that, fans despised the fact that Loa was winning the belt, which led to the “You Can’t Wrestle” Chants. This was a big matter because we all know how WWE managed to get a massive blowback for its decision right away, and this is only the beginning. The IWC is equally vocal against this move, describing it as one of the worst decisions.

Furthermore, it appears that WWE made this adjustment in order to boost Loa’s ring performance for the plot.

WWE might aim to push Tonga Loa even further in the future

We all know how the Bloodline narrative is going to play out, and every wrestler engaged is crucial. WWE might have disregarded Tonga Loa’s first few of botches, but they can’t now since the storyline is becoming more serious by the day. Furthermore, it is probable that the organization wants Loa to improve in the ring and make fewer mistakes, which can only be accomplished via practice.
