Is Tonga Loa's latest botch a sign that he doesn't belong in the ring with top stars?

The Tribal Chief finally made his much-awaited return at SummerSlam. There, he cost his cousin Solo Sikoa the victory in the main event of the Premium Live Event title. Cody Rhodes managed to retain the WWE Universal champion at the end of the clash in what was a Bloodline Rules match. Now tonight, Roman Reigns made his first appearance on SmackDown post-return. One in which the Head of the Table was the protagonist of the final segment of the episode.

In the main segment, Sikoa, accompanied by Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, challenged Reigns to recover the Ula Fala. The necklace is the stable’s symbol of leadership. So being the Original Head of the Table, Reigns made his entrance with a new theme and graphics with the acronym “OTC” (Original Tribal Chief). A physical confrontation ensued, with Reigns performing a ‘Superman Punch’ on Sikoa and subsequently facing Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.

During the fight, Reigns speared Tama Tonga through the protective barrier and used a chair to attack Tonga Loa several times. However, he was unable to recover the Ula Fala as Sikoa and company managed to escape with it. The segment was surely one that would be remembered for a long time. As it truly displayed the might of the Original Tribal Chief. However, Tonga Loa too gave it a special moment to remember. But it was by providing yet another hilarious botch to continue his streak of errors that led him to get mocked on the internet.

Unlike other times when he fails to connect moves on his opponents, this time it was a simple gesture that was failed by the former Camacho of the Stamford-based promotion. The moment was captured and shared by a user named @MosesMysterio on X, as it shows Tonga Loa raising and showing his title belt to the fans in attendance. However, he fails to hold the belt correctly and leaves it half-opened. So no wonder the user captioned the post, “How u suck at everything bro.”

By now, it seems like Loa is just doing it on purpose. Maybe it is going to be a part of his gimmick? A clumsy member of the Bloodline who would cost them some matches in the future, only to be kicked out and later recruited by Roman Reigns. That seems to be the only plausible explanation for the WWE superstar, who even messed up his first debut entrance.
