The final moments of Friday Night SmackDown sent shockwaves around the world of wrestling. The Bloodline rigmarole is undeniably one of the most compelling storylines in WWE history. After Jimmy Uso defected from his tribe, Roman Reigns expected his twin, Jey, to make the right decision and remain in The Bloodline. However, Jey’s final decision saw an end to the iconic stable in the same vein as The Shield had crumbled years ago.
There was a time when the Roman Reigns-led stable was a close-knitted group. Every member had each other’s back. But Sami Zayn’s betrayal was the first nail in The Bloodline’s coffin. Some months after Zayn made his exit, Jimmy Uso followed suit by showing defiance to the Tribal Chief. And after tonight, it’s conspicuous that The Usos share a stronger bond with each other than they ever did with Roman Reigns.

During the promo, at first, it looked as though Jey Uso was going to stay loyal to Roman Reigns and fall in line. Moreover, complying with Roman Reigns meant becoming the next Tribal Chief for Jey Uso. However, when Jimmy made his way to the ring, he crusaded against Roman Reigns, telling Jey that he was being used by Roman rather than being groomed.
Jey then cut Jimmy off and proceeded to credit Roman Reigns for all the success he’s enjoyed ever since becoming his “right-hand man”. In addition, Jey also expressed his distaste about always being told as a child to “listen to big brother Joshua [Jimmy Uso].”
During the last moments of the promo, Jey Uso said to Jimmy, “You out” before saying “And I’m out too”. The next moment, Jey Uso turned to Roman Reigns and delivered a superkick. The look on Solo Sikoa’s face was very similar to the look Dean Ambrose had when Seth Rollins sold out and took a chair to Roman Reigns’ back years ago. And fans didn’t fail to notice that.

All in all, Jimmy Uso’s acrimonious relationship with Roman Reigns drove his twin Jey to choose against the Tribal Chief. Meanwhile, Solo Sikoa was warded off by The Usos after he was meted out with superkicks by his older brothers.
