WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley is on a herculean run since winning back the title at Payback in August last year! Next Sunday, he defends it in a Triple Threat match against Keith Lee and Riddle.
Speaking of Riddle, Lashley and him don’t really see eye to eye, but that doesn’t mean Bobby Lashley doesn’t respect or ignores Riddle’s abilities.

‘The Almighty’ recently joined TV Insider for an interview and answered several questions hyping up his match at the Elimination Chamber next Sunday. They asked him about how it feels like wrestling with someone like Riddle who has the same MMA background as him.
The ‘CEO’ of the Hurt Business said it’s fun to wrestle Riddle and also shared how the latter almost broke his ribs with a kick. He said, “I know I can beat his a** and he can keep going. All the gloves are off when he walks in. He almost broke my ribs kicking me in the side once. It’s fun out there. I love combat. I’ve done it all my life.”
Lashley and Riddle have faced off twice for the United States Championship. Sadly, Riddle has fallen short of ‘The Almighty’ on both occasions. In fact, the second time these two met, Riddle passed out to Lashley’s Hurt Lock!
A ‘Limitless’ addition in the US Championship picture
The ‘Limitless’ Keith Lee made his return to Raw last week after being out of action for a few weeks. Keith Lee defeated Riddle upon his return, but Bobby Lashley quickly attacked both men post-match.
Lashley’s attack on both Keith Lee and Riddle drove WWE management to book a Triple Threat Match for the United States Championship at the Elimination Chamber. Undoubtedly, this will be an exciting contest, as all three men are excellent in-ring workers.

Alongside the entertainment factor, there is also a chance of Lashley losing his US Championship. Yes, it’s possible considering he doesn’t have to be pinned or submitted in a Triple Threat match to lose the title.
