A little workplace banter is always good as it boosts the employees’ morale and energy. But in this pandemic-stricken era, colleagues cannot physically meet each other all the time. Thus, they have taken to social media to banter with each other. WWE is no different in that sense, as Sheamus has something to show Drew McIntyre on Twitter.

Sheamus Promotes Drew’s Book

On May 5, 2021, ‘The Celtic Warrior’ put out a tweet that read, “..after you read the bits about me in ‘A Chosen Destiny’ by Drew McIntyre it will your favourite coffee table book #outnow

If we only read the caption, it seems like a colleague supporting another colleague’s work by promoting their book. But when we look at the pictures attached, it says a whole different story.

Sheamus has used McIntyre’s book as a stand for his coffee table and his coffee mug. The caption, “it will your favourite coffee table book ” is clearly said sarcastically. What Sheamus really meant is that one can use Drew’s book to do anything other than its main purpose, to read.

The Scottish Psychopath‘ hasn’t replied to the tweet as of yet. But we are fairly certain that McIntyre won’t remain silent for long and will retaliate soon with a blow of his own.

The fans are waiting for McIntyre’s response but in the meantime, we are having a few laughs at the former WWE Champion’s expense.

Drew McIntyre’s Book

Even though we are having a few laughs, we cannot deny that McIntyre’s book was at the no.1 spot for the best seller. Drew McIntyre even traded words with Tyson Fury over his own book doing better than Tyson’s. McIntyre put out a tweet that read, “Always in my shadow you dosser [Clown face emoji]”

The tweet shows Drew’s book ‘A Chosen Destiny: My Story’ doing better than Tyson Fury’s book ‘The Furious Method’. This was a reply to Tyson Fury’s tweet regarding him smashing Drew.

In the video, Tyson said, “I’ll smash you like I smashed your buddy Braun Strowman. You’d go down even quicker cuz you’re lot smaller.”

As we can see, a little social workplace banter never hurts anyone. In turn, it can actually help to promote both parties to a larger audience.
