Mickie James brought an all women’s PPV, Empower, to the wrestling fans soon. This was a wrestling show dedicated to the women within the industry. And The Boss Sasha Banks is extremely grateful! Apparently, James ahas done a thriller job with the production.

According to James, this is a show where the young women of the industry will get to learn the business from the experienced women in the industry. This will massively help in pushing the women’s division forward in the industry.
“Out of all that, it led to my next chapter and developed me. How cool is it for females to sit and learn under the tutelage of the women who have been there and done that? I want to change the way we look at women’s wrestling in a real aspect, no more novelty bullsh*t.” H/t Inside The Ropes
Thank you @MickieJames 💙🔥

Sasha Banks has been absent from WWE since SummerSlam
The last time Sasha Banks was in WWE, she was challenging former champion Bianca Belair to a title match for SummerSlam 2021. In fact, they even signed the contract for the same.
Unfortunately, The Boss was not present at the Allegiant Stadium at Las Vegas. The chosen replacement for that match was Carmella, but Becky Lynch returned, squashed Belair, and became the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.

The following SmackDown, the WWE Universe expected The Boss to come back. And, challenge Lynch for the match because it was Banks who was supposed to challenge Belair in the first place. However, she did not turn up for SmackDown either.
A Fatal 4-Way match between Bianca Belair, Carmella, Liv Morgan, and Zelina Vega revealed Belair to be the number one contender for the WWE SmackDown Women’s. Even when the match was going, there was hope that Banks would return.

There hasn’t been any announcements from her end about why she’s been missing from the company. Neither has WWE revealed why Banks was not present during SummerSlam and SmackDown.
Even her fans cannot waist for Banks to return to the company!
