WWE Star’s Single Tweet Destroyed Rhea Ripley & Cathy Kelley, After His Fiancée Found Herself in Possible ‘Love Triangle’

Since aligning herself with The Judgement Day, Rhea Ripley has had a formidable run in the WWE. Her brute strength has often drawn comparisons with deceased WWE Hall of Famer Chyna. Ripley, however, has risen beyond the physical likeness and has stamped her authority as a dominant champion. Just a month ago, the current WWE Women’s World Champion squashed her opponent, Natalya, within a minute at Night of Champions, to keep her aura alive.

However, on the last day of June, the tables turned, and Ripley found herself on the side of a rare loss. The match, however, didn’t take place inside the ring. It was a war of words, and the Australian pro wrestler was knocked out clean by one of her WWE peers.

During a recent WWE Live Event in Liverpool, the UK, a video of Rhea Ripley went viral on the web. The 26-year-old was seen jokingly flirting with WWE ring announcer Samantha Irvin. She even blew a kiss as Irvin was visibly taken aback by the exchange. Although she admitted liking it.

As soon as the video went viral, another WWE employee, Cathy Kelley, weighed in on the issue. The backstage interviewer also flirts with Irvin frequently and was ‘unhappy’ with the development. She responded by saying that she was unhappy to learn about her fate on the social media site.

This elicited a philosophical reply from Ripley, who reminded Kelley about the nature of life. But a 34-year-old wrestler had the final laugh. Irvin is currently engaged to WWE superstar Ricochet. The former WWE United States Champion and Irvin exchanged the rings on January 10 this year. Seeing his fiancée getting dragged by two other WWE employees, he decided to put things to rest with a bold reply.

“Both y’all gonna be mad when you find out who’s she’s going to bed with tonight,” the former WWE Intercontinental Champion said. There’s no getting over that reply and Ricochet easily emerged as the winner of that exchange. Meanwhile, do you know when the couple fell in love? 

Ricochet vows to follow Samantha Irvin through the great unknown

Ricochet is among one of the most athletic pro wrestlers in WWE. He showed it during his high-flying spot with Logan Paul at this year’s Royal Rumble, which had fans gasping. He signed with the promotion in 2018 and started honing his skills in NXT, the company’s developmental territory. Irvin, on the other hand, became WWE’s ring announcer in 2021. She too had stints in NXT prior to that.

While there were rumors of them dating since 2020, they only made it official the following year. As mentioned above, the couple got engaged earlier this year. Ricochet has a son from a previous relationship. Similarly, Irvin is the mother of a girl from her past relationship. The couple is currently going steady, as understood from the 34-year-old’s savage takedown of Rhea Ripley and Cathy Kelley.
