Following AEW’s recent success, it is more important than ever before for WWE to get a high viewership consistently. Roman Reigns, King Woods, and the other SmackDown superstars certainly did Vince McMahon a huge favor last week.
The most recent episode of WWE SmackDown was certainly a stepping stone in achieving that goal. According to Nielsen, via Showbuzz Daily, the show got an average 2.104 million viewers on FOX.
WWE SmackDown experienced a 0.53% rise in viewership from the November 5th episode of WWE SmackDown (2.093 million views), and a 5.25% rise in viewership from the viewership that got released on Saturday morning (1.999 million views).

Following the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, SmackDown climbed up one spot to grab the #1 spot in the key 18-49 demographic ratings on network TV. Not only that, but they also climbed one spot to bag the #3 spot in the 25-54 demo ratings. The latest episode of WWE SmackDown was indeed a successful one as SmackDown on FOX topped the night with a 0.56 rating in the key 18-49 demo ratings.
One of the major attractions for the latest episode of SmackDown was the battle between Roman Reigns and King Woods. The loser would have to bend the knee.
Following the interference from The USOs, Xavier Woods won via DQ but had to pay a heavy price as The Bloodline attacked him. Soon after that, we saw Roman Reigns going down on one knee. But he did not bend the knee in front of Woods. In fact, after Reigns got down on one knee, The USOs placed the crown on the head of The Tribal Chief, making him the king.

Big E warns Roman Reigns following The Bloodline’s attack on Kofi Kingston and King Woods on SmackDown
Big E is all set to go head-to-head with The Tribal Chief this coming Sunday at the Survivor Series PPV. But this match is not about brand supremacy anymore. For Big E, it will be about retribution.
In the recent episodes of WWE SmackDown, we saw Roman Reigns and The USOs brutally attacking Kofi Kingston and King Woods. Big E was infuriated after seeing his best friends suffer badly at the hands of The Bloodline.

The WWE champion kicked off this week’s episode of Raw by giving out a scathing message to The Tribal Chief. Big E claimed he will hospitalize Roman Reigns for his actions in the most recent episode of WWE SmackDown.
