Big E vs Apollo Crews for the WWE Intercontinental Championship title

Mr. Money in the Bank will take on Apollo Crews for the Intercontinental Championship title. They have collided previously, and both of them have been strong competitors throughout.

Roman Reigns and John Cena confrontation

Since The Invisible Man is back, a SmackDown episode will be incomplete without a showdown between Roman Reigns and John Cena.

There may not be a match, but there will be some amount of confrontation. It’s possible WWE will reserve all types of physical bouts for SummerSlam. Moreover, the speculation or the type of match for SummerSlam could be decided on SmackDown.

The aftermath of The Usos vs The Mysterios

Currently, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso are the WWE SmackDown Tag Team champions. The Blood Line is strong with The Usos as tag team champions and Reigns as The Universal Champion.

However, The Mysterios could make an appearance in a segment with The Usos to challenge them for a rematch, or there could be a rematch at SmackDown itself.

Seth Rollins and Edge move their feud forward

Rollins interfered in the match between Reigns and Edge at Money in the Bank. He cost Edge the chance to win the Universal Championship.
