Following a chaotic WrestleMania 40 Kickoff press event in Las Vegas, WWE waltzed back to our screen with the routine Friday Night extravaganza emanating from Spectrum Center in Charlotte. As the episode was supposed to feature all the builds to the upcoming Elimination Chamber, we heard a banger announcement for the World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins’ WrestleMania match and it includes the sinister Judgement Day star, Dominik Mysterio.

Dominik Mysterio’s World Heavyweight Championship dream doesn’t seem a far-fetched deal

Appearing at the WrestleMania kick-off event, The Visionary dropped a great update regarding his knee injury suffered last month. He specified a timeline for his much-anticipated return.

Tonight Adam Pearce solidified his WrestleMania plan even more by announcing a qualifier match at Elimination Chamber, Perth to decide his opponent on the biggest stage. The match will see Randy Orton, Bronson Reed, Kevin Owens, Logan Paul, AJ Styles, The Miz, Bobby Lashley, Ivar, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn, LA Knight, and most importantly Dominik Mysterio compete for the spot against Rollins.

We will need to see if Mami’s favorite JD member will make it to the opposite side of the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania stage or not.

As we moved forward to the later part of the show, the chance to get his hands on the coveted world heavyweight title loomed closer for DomDom.

Dominik Mysterio seemed more than poised in his ability to uproot Seth Rollins

It was slated that Dirty Dom and KO would clash next week on SmackDown to attain a spot in the Elimination Chamber. Kevin declared he’ll dedicate his match to the greatest luchador of all time, Rey Mysterio, on the other hand, Dirty Dom pledged to win his shot and celebrate it alongside his Mami.

Mysterio boasted that he didn’t care who he had to face and that he would smack all of them regardless.

Although KO and Saxton tried to wreck his confidence, it seemed Dom firmly stood his ground.

After all, he’s just a couple of matches away from being the new WWE Heavyweight Champion dethroning the Visionary.
