We’re just hours away from the 2021 Royal Rumble PPV; the card is as impressive as it can be and we can’t wait for the show to get started. As the clock ticks slow for Royal Rumble’s start time, check out this preview and gear up for one of WWE’s biggest annual pay per views.
Royal Rumble Matches
WWE has announced six matches for the pay-per-view. The SmackDown Women’s Championship, the Women’s Tag Team Championship the Universal Championship, and the WWE Championship will be on the line in a few hours at the 2021 Royal Rumble.

Not to forget the main attraction- the men’s and women’s Rumble match. The men’s Royal Rumble has nine open spots, and we are sure that they will go to some NXT call ups and a few surprise returns. The Women’s Rumble match, however, has seventeen open spots! You can guess the entire match will be full of surprises.
Announced Royal Rumble Entrants
Randy Orton and Edge will start off this year’s Rumble at #1 and #2, respectively. Alongside them, there are nineteen other men who have announced their entry in the Royal Rumble match.
Men’s Royal Rumble Entrants: Daniel Bryan, Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Otis, The Miz, Jey Uso, Cesaro, Jeff Hardy, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Shinsuke Nakamura, Big E, John Morrison, Sheamus, Mustafa Ali, Edge, King Corbin, Rey Mysterio, Dominik Mysterio, and Braun Strowman.
The women’s Rumble has a ton of surprises in store for us, as only thirteen women have announced their entry in the match. Natalya earned the coveted #30 spot defeating Tamina last night on WWE Backstage on FS1.
Women’s Royal Rumble Entrants: Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke, Alexa Bliss, Peyton Royce, Shayna Baszler, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, Tamina, and Natalya.
Rumble Rumors
With so many open spots in both the Men’s and Women’s Rumble, it’s a no brainer there will be a ton of surprises. There are several rumors doing the round as well. The most prominent ones point towards Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne training for a surprise appearance.

There are also several rumors doing rounds that Seth Rollins will make his return from paternity leave at the Royal Rumble. WWE originally announced his return on the New Year’s Edition of SmackDown, but they took down the advertisement soon.
Jason Jordan is a name few wrestling fans have heard over the past couple of years, but there are rumors he might make a miraculous return at the Rumble because anything can happen in the WWE.
