Seth Rollins has been the talk of the town lately. The star who earned the rankings of the no.1 pro wrestler by PWI had successfully defended his heavyweight title against Shinsuke Nakamura. The feud which ran for weeks had its adverse effects for Rollins as Nakamura kept on attacking the star’s injured back.
Now ahead of Crown Jewel, WWE has made a major announcement related to The Visionary. A few hours after they made the announcement, USA Network commented in favor of the star.

It’s been a couple of days since Seth Rollins successfully defended his Heavyweight title against Shinsuke Nakamura at Fastlane 2023. But there is no time for him to rest. WWE has another marquee Premium Live Event on the horizon. Crown Jewel will emanate from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 4th, 2023. As there is less than a month left, WWE announced that Rollins will be defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship title once again. But this time it won’t be against Shinsuke Nakamura. This time, he will be facing Drew McIntyre.

To this Instagram announcement by WWE, NBC-owned USA Network commented on the news. The official account of the network which hosts WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown commented, “Seth’s back is crying right now”. This can be interpreted in two different ways. One that his back could be in danger once again. On the other, it could be a casual boasting on how the star has been carrying the weight of the promotion by being a reliable pro wrestler.
Media networks and Seth Rollins have always had a love-hate relationship. Especially the playful jabs pulled at him when his favorite football team loses.

Media networks love to pull playful jabs at Seth Rollins. In the recent NFL season, Rollins’ favorite team, The Chicago Bears suffered an unfortunate defeat at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs. This made him frustrated, after which he tweeted saying, “I hate football”. To this WWE on Fox’s Instagram account took a screenshot of it and posted it and added a caption “Someone hug @WWESethRollins” playfully mocking the star.

Even his wife Becky Lynch joined in to make fun of her husband. She commented, “He is not accepting hugs at this difficult time.” followed by “Please respect his privacy”. This showed the other side of the stars, who are not bothered much by playful jabs by media and fans.
