The go-home episode of Monday Night RAW straight out of the Van Andel Arena in West Michigan was action-packed. Fans anticipated several twists and turns coming ahead of Survivor Series: WarGames 2023. Needless to say, their burning desires came to fruition as the show catered to expectations. The upcoming PLE had numerous big matches on the line, and the storylines gained further interesting developments. Here is everything that went down on the latest episode of WWE RAW.
WWE RAW 20-11-2023 Recap
Opening segment: Unlike the previous episodes of WWE RAW, this episode’s opening was not with Cody Rhodes but with Drew McIntyre. McIntyre turned heel during the last episode, helping The Judgment Day retain their WWE Tag Team titles. McIntyre explained his actions and his hate towards Jey Uso, who came out to confront McIntyre. Both men came with backup. Adam Pearce came out to ensure no chaos broke out.

Backstage segment: The Judgment Day was seen backstage, where Damian Priest expressed his displeasure in Rhea Ripley. According to Priest, getting McIntyre into their WarGames match was a good idea, but it should’ve gone by him. Taking leadership of the faction, Priest wanted to showcase his dominance.
Raquel Rodriguez vs Nia Jax
Winner: Nia Jax won the match after powering her way through Rodriguez. Despite showcasing her strength, Rodriguez could not get Jax up on her shoulder due to her back issue. This match took place due to what Jax did to Rodriguez when she returned to the WWE.
Backstage segment: McIntyre confronted the Judgment Day as they had to pick someone to participate in an advantage match against Rhodes and Co. The winner would win their team an advantage at WarGames. McIntyre made his feelings towards the group clear, and Priest allowed him to represent the group in the match later that night.
Backstage segment: We got a backstage segment featuring Rhodes, Rollins, Jey, and Zayn arguing about who should face McIntyre. After Jey is chosen to represent the team in the main event advantage match, the question is who will be the fifth member.

Becky Lynch vs Xia Li
Winner: Lynch won the grueling match after a Manhandle Slam on Li. Throughout the match, Lynch kept Li at a distance to avoid her kicks. Li’s kick is what ensured Lynch could not perform in the Women’s Battle Royal during the #1 contender bout for the WWE Women’s Championship.
Post-match: Once the match was over, Damage CTRL came out to face Lynch, but Charlotte Flair and Co. came to the rescue.
Backstage segment: Ahead of his match, Ludwig Kaiser reminds Giovanni Vinci that he is in charge of Vinci despite how Gunther feels about him. Kaiser has been feeling insecure after Gunther praised Vinci last week.

Ludwig Kaiser vs Johnny Gargano
Winner: Johnny Gargano picked up the win as Kaiser was distracted by Vinci coming down to the ring. Despite being told not to do so, Vinci tried to help out Kaiser as he did last week. This resulted in Kaiser suffering another loss.
Backstage segment: Chelsea Green and Piper Niven want their own private locker room from Pearce. This is interrupted by all the other women’s tag teams wanting a shot at the title. Pearce announces a fatal four-way.
Backstage segment: Ripley and Dominik confronted Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark at the Judgment Day HQ. After a bit of back and forth regarding their upcoming title match at Survivor Series 2023, Stark and Ripley depart.
Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae vs Maxxine and Ivy Nile vs Katana Chance and Kayden Carter vs Natalya and Tegan Nox
Winner: Natalya and Tegan Nox picked up the win despite all hell breaking loose at the end of the match. All tag teams put their best foot forward for the #1 contender spot. Even though Nox took quite a beating from Maxxine and Ivy Nile, she was able to roll through Maxxine’s crossbody for the win.

Backstage segment: We see Gunther confront Vinci and Kasier. Gunther claims he may have put his faith in the wrong person, Kaiser, as Vinci has proved himself.
Backstage segment: Alpha Academy, The New Day, Indu Sher, DIY, Imperium, and The Creed Brothers surround Pearce. Every tag team wants the same match the women had for a shot at the Tag Team titles. Pearce announces the tag teams will have a match next week on RAW. Pearce then runs into Nick Aldis.
The Miz confronts Gunther: In the ring; we see The Miz ready to talk with Gunther. While The Miz talked about not being respected by Gunther, The Ring General resorted to being a bully. After a heated and insulting back-and-forth, the two got physical, with The Miz walking out tall.
Backstage segment: We see Rollins hyping up Jey for his advantage match during the main event. Jey assured him that he was ready for McIntyre.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Chad Gable
Winner: Nakamura picked up the win, making him 3-0 against The Alpha Academy. Despite having control over the match in the first half, Nakamura was able to turn the tables on Gable.

Jey Uso vs Drew McIntyre
Winner: McIntyre was able to pick up the win, giving the Judgment Day the advantage at WarGames. The match was well fought from Jey’s side, but McIntyre was faster and made a much more decisive impact.

Post-match: Ripley came to the ring, edging McIntyre to finish Jey. However, Rhodes and his team appeared with steel chairs to protect Jey. Rhodes took to the mic to announce their fifth member, Randy Orton. The fans cheer for Orton as the show comes to a close.
