Despite losing the match, Zayn shook Rollins’ hand before The Judgment Day launched an attack. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso came to their rescue before an all-out brawl broke out. This led to General Manager Adam Pearce setting up the first WarGames match at Survivor Series.

Opening Segment: Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Seth Rollins opened the show before being interrupted by Judgment Day with JD McDonagh. Both sides hurled insults at each other before Rollins and Zayn challenged Dominik Mysterio and McDonagh to a match to start the night.

JD McDonagh & Dominik Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins & Sami Zayn

Winner: The match ended in disqualification after Balor and Priest, with Rhea Ripley interrupted the match. Despite a decent start to the episode of RAW, all hell broke loose. Pearce came out to declare that none of the members of the WarGames match would be ringside during the main event between Balor and Priest vs. Rhodes and Jey Uso.

In-ring segment: After Pearce’s announcement, Ripley got into a confrontation with him. However, this did not last long as Zoey Stark came to the ring. The two had a verbal confrontation before Ripley tried to attack Stark, only to get tossed out of the ring.

Promo segment: Shinsuke Nakamura continued with another cryptic video promo. However, who the promos are aimed at is unknown.

Backstage segment: Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes clear the air between them backstage. The two acknowledged their differences but declared that they would work together for one night at WarGames.

Otis vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura picked up the win after a short yet one-sided match with Otis. After beating Akira Tozawa last week on RAW, Nakamura is 2-0 against Alpha Academy. Despite looking like a beast, Otis could not beat the King of Strong Style. After a Kinshasa to the back of the neck, Nakamura clinched the win.

Backstage segment: Rollins ran into his Crown Jewel opponent, Drew McIntyre. McIntyre thanked Rollins for the match, and Rollins wished him all the best for the future. The two shook hands and parted ways.

Piper Niven vs Tegan Nox

Winner: Tegan Nox picks up the win on Niven after a decent match. Despite the odds looking to favor Niven and the interference by Chelsea Green, Nox was able to roll up Niven for the win. This leads to Green facing Nox on the next episode of RAW.

Backstage segment: The Miz is interviewed backstage before being interrupted by Ivar and Bronson Reed. After a back-and-forth between the two big men, they have a faceoff.

Ludwig Kaiser vs. Tommaso Ciampa

Winner: Ludwig Kaiser picked up the victory after a roll-up on Tommaso Ciampa. Despite having control of the match at the start, Kaiser seemed to lose it after Giovanni Vinci was sent back to the locker. With no help, Ciampa seemed to take back control of the match until Vinci returned for a distraction. This led to the roll-up and Kaiser picking up the win.

Backstage segment: The Judgment Day discusses what happened during the opening segment of the night. Despite claiming there is no leader of the group, Rhea Ripley agreed to let Damian Priest lead WarGames. They also decide to let JD McDonagh into the group after taking a nasty shot protecting Priest.

Indi Hartwell vs. Xia Li

Winner: Xia Li picked up the win after a reverse roundhouse kick to Hartwell. The referee called the match off as Hartwell could not continue. This mirrors what happened to Becky Lynch last week during the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Li is being built as a credible threat to Lynch’s title reign.

Post-match segment: As the match ended abruptly, Lynch came to the ring, but Li did not want the confrontation. Lynch challenged Li to a match on the upcoming episode of RAW.

Backstage segment: Before his match with Ivar, The Miz came face-to-face with Gunther. After a bit of verbal confrontation, the two established they were ready for Survivor Series.

Backstage segment: Zoey Stark, Shayna Baszler, and Raquel Rodriguez have a backstage segment congratulating Stark. However, the peaceful moment was broken by the interruption of Nia Jax. Rodriguez and Jax have a staredown.

The Miz vs. Ivar

Winner: The Miz picked up the win against the Viking giant. Despite facing someone twice his size, being the master of the ring that he is, Miz used the ropes to seal the victory on Ivar.

Post-match: After the match, Reed took to the top rope to land a splash on Ivar. This was a retort to the pieface Ivar landed on Reed earlier.

Backstage segment: Damian Priest and Finn Balor finally give JD McDonagh his entry into The Judgment Day. He is instructed to leave the building before their match against Rhodes and Jet Uso for the Undisputed Tag Team titles.

Backstage segment: Creed Brothers and Alpha Academy are seen backstage talking about the tag titles before being interrupted by The New Day.

Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso vs. Finn Balor & Damian Priest for the Undisputed Tag Team titles

Winner: The Judgment Day retained the titles after McIntyre hit a claymore kick to Jey Uso. The audience in the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., was ready for the main event. Rhodes started out, and after being isolated, he was able to make a tag to Jey. The Uso kept the match going until the duo of Balor and Priest took him to the limit outside the ring. The match reached full momentum by the end. This was the McIntyre heel turn fans were talking about.
