There is no ounce of doubt that Brock Lesnar is a fighter. It doesn’t matter where he is, which promotion it is, he knows how to throw punches and smash opponents.

However, this isn’t something he learned once he grew up. Fighting is in his blood. ‘The Beast’ has been fighting others since his childhood.

During a conversation on the Pat McAfee Show, he detailed how he had specifically focused on fighting with his brothers and others when he was growing up.

“I was fighting as a kid. My older brothers, no joke. You know, the local people from Webster, South Dakota will tell you that ‘The Lesnar Family’ we’re fighters. I grew up six years younger than my two older brothers, who were getting out of jail on Monday morning, to go to school because of street fights. So, I grew up with that stigma. We went to street dances. I went there to fight. That’s what I did, anyway.”

It wasn’t something that he forced himself to do. Fighting came naturally to him, and finally, his parents had to make a decision.

Brock Lesnar wanted to make money with his fighting skills

As he started growing up, he wanted to do something more with his fighting skills. He didn’t want to just fight his older brothers.

“My brothers would fight. Like, it was just world war three. I fought my older brothers. You know, put them through the kitchen tables. When I finally grew up and and I’d had enough of their sh*t. I’m probably 18. So, I put my brother through the china cabinet.” (H/t Pat McAfee Show 2.0)

In fact, there was a point his parents, especially his mother, asked him to make some money with it. Considering they were breaking household crockeries and furniture, the fighting was getting expensive for his parents.

Hence, he put his skills to good use and became a pro-wrestler. Today, every fan in the WWE Universe knows the name ‘Brock Lesnar’. He’s one of the youngest champions in WWE’s history and one of the oldest superstars on the roster at the moment. There’s no stopping Brock Lesnar, regardless of what age he’s at!
