For a few years, the Arnold Sports Festival held the International Sports Hall of Fame ceremony to honor athletes. This gives a chance for Arnold to meet the talent that has excelled in their sports. One of these inductees was the current head of creative at WWE, Triple H.

Sitting in an interview with Michael Cole, Triple H revealed his fascination for the enigma, Arnold Schwarzenegger. He said, “I grew up idolizing Arnold and from a bodybuilding standpoint. And what he represented beyond that which was that work ethic. Going after what you believed in. To be here at the Arnold Sports Festival and to be acknowledged in the International Sports Hall of Fame to me is just the greatest honor I can get, you know.”

Triple H also had an impressive physique during his time with WWE. Adorned with the water that he spit in his entrance, the Game’s body was a defining feature of his character. His intimidating looks and snarky comments on the mic just elevated his performance as a pro-wrestler. Winning multiple championships left and right, the King of Kings had amazing feuds with John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Shawn Michaels.

Recently, he has taken a back seat to the whole wrestling side of things. Becoming a booker and promoter for WWE re-energized the brand with identity and focus. With all of these achievements and developments, it is no surprise that Stephanie McMahon’s husband deserves his place in the International Sports Hall of Fame.
