Sometimes, they even put their bodies through extreme pain to deliver a great product for the fans.
Especially in the case of wrestlers who have had long-tenured careers, their body is continuously under a lot of physical torment for years. WWE Superstars perform anywhere from 2 to 5 shows a week, while also traveling on the road for long hours. It is no new thing that one gets to hear that a wrestler is seriously injured. Unfortunately, that is the case with WWE Legend D-Von Dudley.

Starting off with the good news, D-Von went through a successful surgery. He had multiple ailments that he had suffered from for years. It is very encouraging to hear that The Hall of Famer is in high spirits. He details being in good enough condition to live his normal life and play basketball with his kid. But for his fans, the heartbreaking part is that they will probably never see him wrestle again.

However, no fan would want to see Dudley ever get hurt in the ring. He has had a legendary career and has given so many memorable moments to the WWE Universe. With the serious surgery, he just went through, Dudley should focus on recovering. Fans and wrestlers alike showed a lot of love to D-Von’s Instagram post and wished him a speedy recovery.
D-Von Dudley’s WWE career
D- Von Dudley along with fellow wrestler and tag team partner Bubba Ray Dudley, formed one of the most iconic tag teams in WWE history. “The Dudley Boyz” dominated the tag team division for many years, especially in The Attitude Era. They had legendary feuds with the likes of Edge and Christian as well as The Hardy Boyz. They are one of the most decorated tag teams in WWE history with 18 tag team title reigns.

D-Von for the past few years is working as a backstage producer in WWE. He was inducted into the 2018 class of the WWE Hall of Fame along with his partner Bubba.
