“He was the Japanese Hulk Hogan. The guy knew how to just put over a show. He knew how to put people in the chairs. A great talker, you know, amongst the people. He had this aura about him that just people just fell in love with him. But he wasn’t a great worker.”
During the same conversation, Allen Coage had revealed that Hogan wasn’t a great worker, but he possessed immense charisma. In fact, his charisma is what made the fans fall head over heels in love with him!
Even today, Hulk Hogan has a significant fan following regardless of the controversies he’s been a part of in the past.
Hulk Hogan hasn’t been around WWE since WrestleMania 37
The Hulkster may not be wrestling anymore, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been around WWE at all. Hogan was one of the hosts of WrestleMania 37 alongside Titus O’Neil. The audience popped when he came out to the arena and energy oozed out of him.
Hogan hasn’t been around WWE since The Show of Shows. It’s unknown if he’ll return to the company anytime soon. Considering several PPVs are coming up, Hogan could possibly return as a host for them.

However, any return depends massively on his health that had declined towards the end of 2021. He had lost significant weight and reports claimed he was going through serious health issues.
In 2022, he has finally revealed updates that have shown the world that he is recovering well. If he continues to recover, Hogan could medically be cleared to come back to WWE.
