WWE Legend Kurt Angle Reveals What Makes Ronda Rousey Special Among Other Multi-Sport Stars: “That Is Really Tough to Do Especially as Quickly as She Did”

Ronda Rousey has made a name in the pro-wrestling indutry after a successful Judo and MMA Career. She made her WWE debut in 2018, after the Women’s Royal Rumble match. However, her WWE in-ring debut came two months later at WrestleMania 34 where she shocked the WWE Universe with her excellent performance.

Ronda returned to WWE in this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match and won. She is now set to have a match against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Recently, talking about WrestleMania 38 on The Zaslow Show, Kurt Angle praised Ronda Rousey. The way Ronda Rousey has made herself comfortable in WWE and pro-wrestling impressed angle. Zaslow told Angle how world-class athlete Ronda was and asked Angle to share his opinion.

Kurt Angle said, “She picked up on the theatrics of it as well. There is a lot of emotion and psychology in pro-wrestling. She picked up really quickly and I was surprised.” 

He also added, “I mean she is a world-class athlete, nothing wrong with that. You definitely want a world-class athlete in professional wrestling, but to be able to pick up the character and psychology, that is really tough to do especially as quickly as she did.”

Kurt Angle is one of the closest friends of Ronda and also is her mentor in WWE. He taught her some tactics of the business which are also part of Ronda’s success in WWE. 

Ronda Rousey is a world-class athlete and has proven it from time to time. Her second run in WWE has already made fans excited and everyone is looking forward to her match at WrestleMania 38.

Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair will be the highlight of WrestleMania 38

In the show, Kurt Angle also told about his excitement for this year’s WrestleMania. He stated he does not watch WWE shows every week but is updated with the things happening. Angle is looking forward to Ronda and Charlotte’s match at WrestleMania.

Angle said, “I think that Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair probably gonna steal the show.”

He praised both the women, calling Charlotte Flair better than her father ‘The Nature Boy Ric Flair’ in the business.
