John Cena is one of the biggest Hollywood and wrestling stars. However, today he can work in front of the camera without flinching or hesitating. But, it all started in a gym a long time ago.
During his conversation with Jimmy Fallon, John Cena revealed the time he performed in front of an audience for the first time.
“It was in a gym called L.A. Boxing in Orange County, and seven people were there. And I was not good. So, nothing really changed.”

Even though it’s been a long time since he’s been working in front of the camera, he still feels nervous before coming in front of the camera.
“I’m nervous behind the curtain. Like, I’m always nervous. I think if you lose those nerves. If you lose that anticipatory excitement, like, ‘oh I don’t know how this is going to go’, you have to move on. I think you’re done at that point. You should always have that energy.”

John Cena returned to WWE after the audience returned
The first PPV after the audience returned was Money in the Bank 2021. Right after Roman Reigns successfully defended his title, out came Cena. The audience popped like never before!
Booker T revealed that the ceiling of the arena was practically shaking when Cena entered the arena.
From that point onwards, Cena and Reigns worked a storyline that got everyone intrigued about how it would end. There were promos which impressed Vince McMahon himself.

John Cena and Roman Reigns worked a match at SummerSlam 2021. The WWE Universe was divided between which pro-wrestler would come out on top.

Even though Roman Reigns secured the victory, this match was the perfect way to welcome the audience back to the arena. Regardless of how the match ended, the WWE Universe enjoyed every moment.
Now, Cena has taken a break from WWE following his SummerSlam 2021 defeat. It’s expected that he will return to the company soon!
