It’s unimaginable to think of pro wrestling growth without the contribution of Hulk Hogan. Hulkster, however, had a contentious career and had many ups and downs throughout his illustrious career. Notably, he had multiple wounds, much like many other wrestlers, but his back injury gave him the most problems.

Following a series of movements and body blows, his back was bad, necessitating treatment. He later claimed that when he went to the Laser Spine Institute, they provided him with improper treatment during the procedure. And after that, he filed a lawsuit against them, seeking $50 million in damages.

To give you context, in 2013, Hogan claimed that the Institute operated in carelessness driven by financial gain and that he had been treated for a number of endoscopic surgical operations that worsened his already injured back. Hogan asserted that the Institute used fear-mongering to influence him to undergo them.

However, it was ineffective, and they also failed to disclose that they would only provide short-term relief. This was something he later discovered. After this, he demanded $50 Million in compensation, given that it ruined his potential career in which he would have bagged millions.

Given that, if there is just one grievance, it is that the treatment did not resolve the patient’s issue, a medical malpractice claim cannot be successful. Thus, the complaint was dismissed.
