Ahead of his rumored WrestleMania match against Stone Cold Steve Austin in Dallas, Texas, WWE Raw Superstar Kevin Owens has been firing shots at the state of Texas on social media in recent weeks.

The Texas Rattlesnake (Stone Cold Steve Austin) is yet to respond to Owen’s tweets. But another WWE legend from Texas, JBL, took care of this situation and got involved in a battle with Owens on Twitter.

Recently on Twitter, Kevin Owens shared a GIF of himself sitting beside JBL and wearing JBL’s cowboy hat. In the caption, Owens wrote, “Attention, Texas: This is the best anyone’s ever looked in a stupid cowboy hat.”

Following Owens‘ tweet, JBL wrote, “From the Country of Texas-This is akin to mag wheels on a dump truck. As we say in the Great State ‘all hat, no cattle’. Please stay north of the Red River. Oklahoma might want you, we don’t.”

Soon after, the WWE Raw superstar took another dig at the state of Texas by sending out a sarcastic tweet once again. This time, in his tweet, he also mentioned he liked the WWE legend better as Justin “Hawk” Bradshaw.

JBL looked in the mood for a battle on Twitter. He once again delivered a fitting reply to Owens’ tweet. The WWE legend took to Twitter and wrote, “In the Great State we have a classification of pests known as varmints, this is the category Kevin would be in-hopefully he doesn’t come to Texas.”

The former WWE superstar also mentioned he burned his hat after Kevin Owens wore it. It will be interesting to see if Owens further reacts to this.
