With each passing week, the storyline involving the Bloodline gets more and more compelling. Last week on SmackDown, Jey Uso joined Jimmy and defected from The Bloodline. This sent shockwaves through the WWE Universe. The moment Jey Uso super-kicked Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa looked on in disbelief before being meted out with super kicks from the Usos.

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry recently made an interesting comparison of Roman Reigns’ ultimate weapon, Solo Sikoa, with Star Wars’ lead villain, Darth Vader. At the rate Solo’s headed, he is conspicuously the biggest heel in WWE after Roman Reigns.

Now that The Bloodline has crumbled thanks to Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa has become Roman Reigns’ right-hand man. In fact, Solo Sikoa is Roman Reigns’ ultimate protector. Interestingly, you see Solo Sikoa using Paul Heyman’s verbiage to acknowledge his Tribal Chief on SmackDown.

While speaking on The Busted Open podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry gave his opinion on Solo Sikoa’s standing within the Bloodline. According to Henry, Solo “drank the Kool-Aid”. He is playing the part of Roman Reigns’ “ultimate defense”. And although Solo turning on Roman Reigns is much-anticipated, the story hasn’t arrived at that point yet.

Henry also compared Solo Sikoa to Star Wars’ Darth Vader. He believes that it would take Solo to see Roman Reigns slay his brothers to make a decision. Much like how Darth Vader looks at the Emperor as the latter punishes his son, Luke.

He said, “It’s going to take a really serious moment where I mean like where… the moment where Darth Vader is watching the emperor kill Luke. And he’s like looking at the emperor. Looking at his son. Looking at the emperor, looking at the son. It’s not that point yet. They haven’t gone there in the story where Solo is going to have to make a decision. But, Solo is got to be Darth Vader. He’s got to stand there with the intimidation and all the power in the world to make the difference.

At this point, Roman Reigns is relying on Solo Sikoa’s obedience. Henry says that the younger Samoan is the “linchpin” to the Bloodline.

All in all, Solo Sikoa is undeniably playing a key role in keeping the Bloodline standing, though it has been reduced to just three members.

WWE confirmed on SmackDown LowDown that Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will team up against The Usos at Money in the Bank in a Bloodline Civil War. While it was expected, it will be interesting to see what happens in London in less than three weeks.

Let’s not forget, there would be no Bloodline without Solo Sikoa. While The Usos already caused damage to the tribe with their betrayal, Roman Reigns is counting on Solo Sikoa to go to war with his own brothers. Solo Sikoa, turning on Roman Reigns, would be the last nail in The Bloodline’s coffin.
