Brock Lesnar has earned the name “The Beast Incarnate” for a reason. Lesnar is a world-class athlete, his physique throughout the years is unparalleled. Furthermore, Brock is a multi-time world champion in WWE, and he is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion. Lesnar’s raw power plays a huge role in every sport he enters. From amateur to collegiate wrestling, all the way to WWE and MMA, Lesnar has given several stellar performances.

The Beast looks like he lives at the gym; he debuted in WWE in 2002 and twenty years later he still looks as dangerous as ever. However, it is more than just working out that turns Brock Lesnar into The Beast. Lesnar has a special diet he follows that helps him attain his incredible physique. A diet he has religiously followed for 8 years now.

Recently, Brock Lesnar appeared on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ and talked about his life at length. He told McAfee and the other hosts that he loves butchering his own meat. Brock is a big fan of hunting and butchering meat, which he does so often on his property.

 

Brock Lesnar revealed that he has followed the famous keto diet for 8 years now. Moreover, he is a big fan of the butchering culture and has learned how to do it properly. He has even invented his own brand of seasoning for the meat.

Brock Lesnar and his raw power

Lesnar is perhaps one of the strongest wrestlers of all time. There are few to none who can come into his category. He has, over the years, shown some impressive feats of strength and given the WWE fans several unforgettable moments. The most memorable has to be when he super-plexed The Big Show off the top rope and ended up breaking the ring on SmackDown in 2003.

Besides The Big Show, Lesnar has fought many big men and handled them with almost superhuman strength. He has delivered german-suplexes and F5s to the likes of Braun Strowman, Mark Henry, Rikishi, and even The Undertaker.

There seems to be no limit to The Beast’s power and a lot of the credit has to be given to his diet and training style. He continues to impress the WWE Universe with his physicality to this day.
