WWE legend Jerry Lawler announced his return to Monday Night Raw as a special guest. Lawler’s last appearance on Raw was almost two years ago, in the 2019 edition, where he served as a commentator and an analyst.
‘The King’ has had a very accomplished wrestling career in WWF/WWE and is a living legend. In the early nineties, the Hall of Famer worked with World Wrestling Federation on the commentary table with Vince McMahon.

However, Jerry Lawler has announced on Twitter that he is returning to WWE RAW in Cleveland. WWE revealed the big news, saying “All Hail the King! After nearly two years, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler is set to make a special guest appearance on the red brand. What will the Hall of Famer say during his grand return to Raw? Tune in Monday night at 8/7 C on USA to find out!.”

Additionally, there are no confirmations on what role would Lawler take up in his former kingdom. Whether it is on the announcing desk or something else is unknown.
The King and The Ring
Jerry Lawler has a very long history in pro wrestling and WWE. He started his career as an artist who portrayed wrestling matches and also as a commentator in a Memphis radio show. He rose to fame in the seventies, winning belts in NWA Championships.

Later, he worked with Continental Wrestling Association and American Wrestling Association, slowly rising to the top of the sport in the eighties. Lawler began his WWF career in 1992 and took part in Royal Rumble 1993. Nevertheless, he had a feud with Bret Hart and Hart’s family with Lawler attacking Bret during the latter’s victory ceremony.

Moreover, the WWE legend has flamed up many altercations with the Ultimate Warrior, Jake Roberts, Mark Henry, and even Vince McMahon for a while. The color commentator has been crucial in multiple eras in the evolution of WWE.
Monday Night Raw in Cleveland
The current highlight of the road to WrestleMania is AJ Styles stepping up to challenge Edge, and on Monday Styles will bring more clarity to it. Additionally, The Miz has welcomed Logan Paul back to WWE, and there will be the Raw Tag title Triple Threat with Alpha Academy, RK-Bro, Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens.
