Mick Foley is a huge name in the industry, and when he vouches for somebody, that Superstar has immense potential. Hence, when he vouched for Cesaro, it meant something.
Recently, Mick Foley appeared in Broken Skull Sessions, and he offered his praise for Cesaro, Sami Zayn, and Bianca Belair. Undoubtedly, all of them are growing names on the roster with immense potential. However, his praise for The Swiss Cyborg did not end there.

There are several individuals in the WWE Universe who will agree with Mick Foley.
The last time Cesaro was on WWE screen
The Swiss Cyborg was in a storyline with Seth Rollins, after the latter returned to WWE. The Cyborg refused to bow down to Rollins like the others, but he challenged him as well.
This feud continued for a while until Cesaro faced Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 37 where he unleashed a new level of hurt on Rollins with the one of the longest Cesaro Swings.

After feuding with Rollins for a while, he set his eyes on the prize, The Universal Championship. Unfortunately, he didn’t realize that Roman Reigns, the champion, would easily find an ally in Rollins and is watched over by his cousin, Jey Uso.
However, Reigns would not let The Cyborg challenge for the championship title easily. He made Cesaro go through Jey Uso and Seth Rollins until finally he got the chance to battle Roman Reigns at WrestleMania Backlash.

The challenger tried his level best to win, but could not dominate The Tribal Chief. Even though he put up an excellent performance against Reigns, the latter picked up the win. Following this, Rollins appeared to attack an already exhausted Cesaro. This was the last time the WWE Universe saw him.
What happens when The Swiss Cyborg returns?
Now, there have been talks of him returning to SmackDown. He could essentially get another shot at the Universal Championship title since he did not tap out at WrestleMania Backlash. Reigns put him in a guillotine hold, and the referee called for the bell even though he didn’t tap out.
