Stone Cold Steve Austin is the only WWE superstar in the company who has flipped the bird for god knows how many of his rivals. If not anything, then one of the best portrayals of Stone Cold Steve Austin on WWE programming was him flicking the middle finger to opponents.
Not even WWE boss Vince McMahon could save himself from Stone Cold’s middle finger gesture. It is said to point the middle finger upwards while keeping the other fingers folded is an offensive gesture when someone’s angry.

Well, ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ has offended many as a part of his WWE heel (bad guy) character. To top it up, the middle fingers, Stunners, and beers, were the highlights of a time when Steve Austin ruled the WWE.
WWE Hall of Famer flipped the bird to Stone Cold Steve Austin on his own show!
After the WWE Ruthless Aggression Era, Vince McMahon banned showing middle finger on live television. Mr. McMahon is very keen on what’s best for his business. Since then, whether it be ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ or any other top-tier WWE Superstars, the offensive gesture is banned in the company.
However, WWE Hall of Famer and a wrestling promoter Jeff Jarrett recently escaped doing the same gesture to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Imagine someone showing the middle finger to the one who owned the move, Stone Cold!
“Ain’t We Great!”
“Oh, Hell Yeah!”

Jeff Jarrett will appear on the 3rd June 2022 edition of Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Session. The WWE Hall of Famer shared a behind the scene photo of conversing with ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ on his show. In the picture shared by Jarett, he is flipping the bird to Stone Cold on WWE sponsored podcast.

As mentioned earlier, the middle finger gesture is banned by WWE; however, Jeff Jarrett, irrespective of that, teased Austin in an impromptu behind the scene photo. Jeff Jarrett literally stole the move from Steve Austin’s playbook and gave him a taste of his own medicine.
Will the WWE take action against Jeff Jarrett?
Of course, former wrestling promoter of TNA (now Impact Wrestling) Jeff Jarrett did not flip Steve Austin off to offend him. That’s because, in the picture, we can see how badly Stone Cold Steve Austin wanted to join Jarett in showing the middle finger.

So Jeff Jarrett teased ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ because he can’t flip the bird on WWE Network. In addition, WWE told Austin not to raise his middle finger when he returned to the WrestleMania 38 the year.
McAfee said, “So, I got to watch this dude’s entrance with an empty stadium or whatever. He goes right to that top rope, f**king both fingers straight up in the air. He’s doing the whole thing. And then I see three producers running over [to him], ‘Can’t do that, can’t do that.’”

“As I was watching [at the show], I was wondering, ‘There’s no way he keeps that middle finger down. In the heat [of the moment], the middle finger from Steve Austin is coming at some point,’ And then he had a couple,” Pat McAfee mentioned on the Pat McAfee Show.
