WWE Money in the Bank is merely a week away. Soon the fans will get their potential next WWE champion. The one superstar everyone is looking forward to, this year is none other than YouTuber-turned-wrestler Logan Paul.

The moment WWE announced his entry in the Money in the Bank ladder match, the WWE universe started to expect some amazing high-flying action. And recently, a WWE Hall of Famer has also joined this list. He even compared Paul with the former WWE Hardcore champion who was popular for the same reason.

The WWE legend has high hopes for Logan Paul

In the recent episode of his podcast, ‘To Be the Man’, the WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair started a discussion about the upcoming PLE Money in the Bank. During the discussion, Conard Thompson asked him about his thoughts on Logan Paul being in the match.

To this, the WWE legend replied that Paul reminds him of Shane McMahon. He mentioned that the YouTuber-turned-wrestler is not afraid of anything and this will make him a good contribution in the ladder match.

Talking about Logan Paul, Ric Flair said, “I expect he’ll [Logan Paul] try, he reminds me of Shane McMahon….. He’s not afraid of anything……. So I think he’ll be a great contribution. I mean, those ladder matches are tough. You know, I took a lot of bumps in, and I’ve only been in a couple of them.”

This is not the first when Ric Flair has applauded Logan Paul. Two years back before his debut match at WrestleMania 37, the WWE legend gave a brief compliment to Paul and his brother.

Since his debut match, Logan Paul has improved a lot as a professional wrestler. He leaves every single person jaw-dropped after stepping inside the ring. And, WWE Universe seems to acknowledge him.

Next week, WWE fans will witness Logan Paul competing against six other superstars for the Money in the Bank briefcase. And, with all the hype going around him, it won’t be a big surprise if Paul climbs the ladder and becomes Mr. Money in the Bank 2023.
