WWE has announced that they will be holding the next Elimination Chamber at the Optus stadium situated in Perth, Australia. This will be in partnership with the Western Australian Government through Tourism Western Australia. With this event, WWE will be making their return to Oz. The stadium is known to have a seating capacity of almost 60,000 people.
Australia is known for being a major contributor to the WWE roster. With stars like Grayson Waller and Rhea Ripley, the Australian PLE is set to become a stage full of future WWE legends. Waller in particular, who hails from Sydney, Australia, has gained a fast reputation as a heel at the promotion.
The speculation that Grayson Waller might be the next champion is backed by many factors. The primary factor could be the push he has been receiving from WWE.
The Aussie star is currently having the time of his life. He is trending everywhere for his mannerisms and for his shtick. He has been taking significant jabs at various stars, such as Dwayne Johnson, John Cena, and many more without being scared of them. And fans are loving this attitude of his.
The best example of this is the popularity of The Grayson Waller Effect. When the show started, it was nothing significant. But with his added charisma and his popular ‘rub’, it has gained significant popularity. So much so that WWE is okay with the idea of featuring stars like John Cena and Rey Mysterio on the show. And these decisions taken by WWE are turning fruitful. With WWE gaining much traction from Waller’s antics, and the positioning of the upcoming PLE at Australia, the promotion could be setting up Waller to come out on top as the Elimination Chamber Champion.

While fans couldn’t stop praising him for his attitude and for getting into fights with other stars, even said stars are speaking highly of The Arrogant Aussie.
What makes Waller worthy
Fans know that Waller made his SmackDown debut earlier this year. He went off against 7-time World Champion, Edge. However, after the fight, The R-Rated superstar was all praises for him. He said that Waller does not just talk of a big game. He understands that Waller has to do it to make his mark. But what surprised Edge was the fact that Waller was able to back it up. This proves that Waller is not just all talk and no show.

But it’s not just the people inside the ring who praise him. Former WWE writer and Hollywood star Freddie Prinze Jr. also had to say a lot about Waller. He has said on his podcast that apart from wrestling skills, Waller has the charisma to boot. Prinze Jr. is known for his valuable insights due to his experience with WWE. And considering the amount of time he has spent with WWE, he has a good eye for talent.
