Vince McMahon has always been the man who wants nothing but the best for WWE. This means he does not play favourites when it comes to the betterment of the company.
That being said, one would think that a father has a different place for his children in his company – apparently not. When it comes to WWE, The Big Man doesn’t give preference to his family.

If his family members are up for the job and are good at what they do, he makes them a part of WWE. Otherwise, no.
He explained what the future of WWE looks like in-terms of his family members.
“Hopefully, if you’ve built something, you want to continue on, you know, prosper and grow. Whether that’s with a family member or without a family member. My view is the business is best for everybody. Whether you’re a part of it or you’re not a part of it. You have to treat it as such, you have to objective, and look at family members, whoever it is, just like you would other employees. Quite frankly I probably expected more out of my family members, which is probably not the right thing.”
He revealed that if one of his family members isn’t working for WWE, he will ensure they’re not a part of the company.

Vince McMahon took a similar decision with Shane McMahon
A strong example of Vince’s attitude towards his family and WWE is how he dealt with his son, Shane McMahon.
Shane McMahon returned to WWE at Royal Rumble 2022 during the men’s match. Reportedly, he caused quite a bit of ruckus backstage.
As per reports, Shane wanted the men’s match to revolve around him. He had an issue with how creative lined up the match, kept changing Bad Bunny’s entrance number, and even had a problem with Randy Orton.
Considering the chaos, Vince McMahon decided to let him go from WWE. He banned his son from all creative discussions and ideas, and his WrestleMania 38 match.
