“Ron Simmons was my guy as a kid, and for many reasons so. I grew up in Florida, huge college football and Florida State fan. For anyone who doesn’t know, Ron Simmons was a nose tackle for Florida State. And, I believe he actually was a heisman finalist which as a defence tackle is extremely rare. From so many different aspects he was the kind of athlete that I wanted to be.”
Even Bobby Lashley agreed with Big E revealing that Ron Simmons was his idol too. Additionally, it was Booker T who had a huge influence on him.
However, Kofi Kingston revealed for him it was R-Truth.
Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Bobby Lashley further discussed the time when they became champions for the first time. In fact, three of them revealed having similar feelings, and they realized they had reached the top of the roster.
Moreover, the moment they became champions and heard the crowd erupt, they knew it was a memory that would never fade.
Currently, neither of them are WWE Champions. But their championship runs aren’t over. Undoubtedly, there is going to come a time in the future when all of them will hold the WWE Championship again.
