WWE Bringing Top European Superstar to the Main Roster Soon

WWE often brings the top stars from the NXT roster to the main roster. Superstars with great potential get a chance to shine on the main roster and are exposed to a larger audience.

According to the reports, WWE will soon bring the top European star onto the main roster. The former United Kingdom Champion Walter is the next to debut on the main roster. Although there are no confirmations about which brand he will be drafted to, he will probably make his debut soon.

Walter is a former United Kingdom Champion with a big run on the NXT UK brand. He held the NXT UK title for 870 days, the longest in the NXT history.

The Austrian star signed for the NXT UK brand in 2019. Later, he defeated Pete Dunne to win the United Kingdom Championship. He continued his reign for a long time until he lost his title to Ilja Dragunov.

Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Newsletter talked about his main roster debut. “Regarding rumors of Walter’s status changing, he did split up with his wife. Family was the reason he used to be not interested in moving from Europe. But he has dropped weight because having a good looking body is far more important on the main roster and there is interest in having him base in the U.S.” said Dave Meltzer.

Earlier, Walter competed with the main roster Superstars during the 2019 Survivor Series. He is one of the dominating WWE superstars on the NXT roster. He was part of the Team NXT against Team Raw and Team SmackDown. Walter was seen last in the WWE’s UK tour.

Team Black & Gold vs Team 2.0 at WWE NXT WarGames

WWE NXT WarGames is one day away and the hype for the main event is hitting all time peaks. The most awaited event of the NXT brand Wargames takes place this Sunday.

Team Black & Gold will go against the newest Team 2.0 from NXT 2.0 revolution. Both teams have potential stars on their line. Team Black & Gold includes the current NXT Champion Tomasso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunne, and LA Knight. While Team 2.0 includes Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, and Tony D’Angelo.

However, Team 2.0 has the advantage at Wargames. In the recent episode of NXT 2.0, Bron Breakker climbed the ladder defeating Johnny Gargano to get the advantage at WarGames.
