WWE will soon be ready with the first PLE of the year. Although an approaching Royal Rumble suggests that all hands will be on deck for the upcoming PLE, the promotion is still hyping fans up for the rest of the year. This is evidenced by Triple H grabbing everyone’s attention when he took to Twitter to announce July’s PLE.
In what will be a jampacked weekend, Triple H updated fans on where the coming Money in the Bank PLE will take place.

Apart from the obvious action that the PLE would provide fans, there is something more to look forward to this year. MITB in 2024 will be held in a town where it hasn’t been hosted before, making it another ‘first’ in WWE’s schedule for the second year in a row.
In 2023, the Stamford-based company took MITB to London, which was also the first time that the PLE was held in the city. And for this year, they are taking it to another city where it hasn’t been before, Toronto, Canada.
The PLE will take place at Scotiabank Arena in the city of Toronto, Canada, as revealed by Triple H on his official Twitter account. WWE is not just moving there for a single PLE. In fact, fans in Toronto can experience the promotion in full swing for a total of three days.
On July 5th, SmackDown will be held in the Scotiabank Arena. The next day, on July 6th, ‘Money in the Bank’ will go down and finally, fans can stay to watch NXT Heatwave in the same venue on July 7th.
This summer, for the first time ever, Money in the Bank heads to Toronto and headlines a massive weekend at @ScotiabankArena.

The CCO of WWE seems as excited as the fans watching the announcement as he added to his tweet by saying, “Thrilled to bring one of the most exciting events of the year to Canada… this is going to be epic.”

What to expect from the event?
In terms of matches, fans can be rest assured that much like every other PLE, there will be title bouts to keep everyone on the edge of their seats. And as far as performing stars are concerned, we will have a mix of top and mid-card performers. However, one star that we can expect to be absent is Charlotte Flair, who will be in her healing phase from a major injury she endured on her knee.
