AJ Styles won a ‘Sudden Death’ Triple Threat match against Keith Lee and Riddle in phenomenal fashion. This victory meant it was Styles who was next in line to challenge McIntyre at WWE TLC.

WWE did not announce any stipulation for the match earlier. Fans believed segments leading up to the PPV would reveal the stipulation. Thankfully, WWE has taken care of it already!

WWE.com announced earlier today that the WWE Championship Match between Drew McIntyre and AJ Styles will now be a TLC (Tables, Ladders, and Chairs) Match, where the only way to win is by retrieving the championship hanging above the ring.

The match will surely be be hard-hitting. All three objects – Tables, Ladders, and Chairs will be completely legal to inflict pain and win the championship.

Will AJ Styles dethrone McIntyre?

AJ Styles is no rookie stepping up to McIntyre. ‘The Phenomenal One’ is a veteran of the business and is no stranger to tasting World Championship success. The two-time WWE Champion is riding on a 6-0 undefeated streak on Raw since the 2020 WWE Draft.

Drew McIntyre has only been pinned twice since August 2019! Thankfully for AJ, he doesn’t have to pin McIntyre to win the WWE Championship. All he has to do is climb 20 feet high on the ladder and retrieve the championship. Sounds easy, right?
