WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is putting the youngsters to shame! In a recently uploaded video, the 75-year-old was seen breaking a sweat in the gym like a youngster!

Michael A. Monteforte, a WWE corporate trainer, recently shared some exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from his training session with ‘The Bossman.’ He posted two videos detailing the training.

The routine had, “Leg Press, & Hack Squats before doing 20 Reps with 5 plates on each side, 10 Reps with 6, 5 Reps with 7, before trying our 1RM: Total 22, 45lb. Plates.”

As seen in the video, Mr. McMahon thoroughly enjoyed this training as he was seen smiling and pulling the weights with ease.

While many of McMahon’s contemporaries refrain from any hard physical activity, let alone the gym, it is great to see McMahon breaking barriers! Not only is he staying fit, but he also continues to prove how age is just a number.

Is Vince McMahon coming back to the ring?

A frequent in-ring competitor in the Attitude Era, Vince McMahon is no stranger to in-ring action. Not many remember, but McMahon is a two-time World Champion, a Royal Rumble winner, and has headlined multiplied Pay-Per-Views during his heydays.

Seeing him back in the Gym, fans are asking whether he is getting ready for a comeback. His son Shane McMahon is currently in a budding feud with Braun Strowman. Could Vince be there to ‘support’ his son?

Although the idea is nice, we think it is a bit far-fetched. Thanks to his age and change in gimmick, McMahon barely appears on the air anymore. He appeared last on WWE TV during long-time friend and colleague The Undertaker‘s retirement at Survivor Series.

So, Vince is probably just in the gym for his own well-being. It is hardly unlikely we will see the 75-year-old in the ring, but his motivation and willingness to work it out in the Gym are truly inspiring!
