WWE is big on sponsorships. Over the years, the pro wrestling juggernaut has partnered with various companies to promote its business. In turn, the Stamford-based company’s large fanbase makes it an attractive platform for companies to connect with consumers. That said, WWE recently rekindled its dormant partnership with a massive American snack company, Slim Jim.
Furthermore, to symbolize the revival of their partnership with WWE, the company selected LA Knight and Bianca Belair as prominent figures to represent it. That’s not it, as their recent advertisement evokes a lot of nostalgia, giving the fans a touch of the 90s.

Slim Jim initially signed a deal with Vince McMahon’s company in the early 1990s. At the time, WWE Hall of Famer, ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage, was the spokesperson for the deal. After almost three decades, WWE reconnected with Slim Jim to promote SummerSlam 2023. In honor of representing SummerSlam, Slim Jim organized a 20-man Battle Royal match that saw, LA Knight stand tall.
In a most recent advertisement, LA Knight collaborated with The EST to represent Slim Jim’s new deal with WWE. Taking to Instagram, Bianca Belair posted the clip of the ad, writing, “Snap into a Slim Jim! What a great way to welcome Slim Jim back into WWE. Time to go #SAVAGE!” The advertisement also featured a vintage clip of Randy Savage bellowing the iconic “snap into a Slim Jim” line. Given that LA Knight is the fastest-rising star on the roster, there could have been no better person for the ad campaign.

On the other hand, Bianca Belair is also undeniably a recognized star with unrivaled star power, being a former three-time WWE Women’s Champion, making the duo perfect for the Slim Jim ad. The ad features LA Knight and Bianca Belair making a dramatic entrance as a violin instructor who enforces a strict standard of perfectionism among his students. Similar to Randy Savage’s style, Knight and Belair assist the students in snapping “into a Slim Jim.”
Aside from Randy Savage, Bianca Belair, and LA Knight, other notable wrestlers have also been spokespersons for the brand in the past. The likes of Edge, The Ultimate Warrior, Bam Bam Bigelow, and Kevin Nash have also been ambassadors for Slim Jim. It should also be noted that the company Slim Jim was seemingly excited to work with LA Knight.

Without a doubt, Slim Jim made a lot of money through its new deal with WWE. More importantly, they chose the right spokesperson to represent their brand. The fact that LA Knight is exceptional on the mic makes him a very deserving ambassador.

Moreover, according to Fightful Select, Slim Jim was “ecstatic” to have LA Knight involved in their ad campaign. At the rate LA Knight is headed, it’s only a matter of time before he becomes a Championship holder. At this point in his career, he could be an incredible ambassador for any brand due to his massive fan base.
