Although his role during the main event was smaller than what fans would have wanted, he came back for another match at Monday Night Raw after Mania. The WWE legend hasn’t appeared in the squared circle since and fans have started to speculate on his next appearance.

Given the fact that Backlash 2024 is just around the corner, there is a possibility that John Cena could show up in WWE at the PLE in France. So far, there is no confirmation about the same. However, the rumors flying around can prove enough to lighten up your day.

John Cena is already in France

The Cenation Leader only wrestled in a Six-Man Tag match at Raw 04/08 before going on another hiatus. No information has come to light about his future in the WWE ring. However, there were reports from PWI that suggested that John Cena had landed in France for the PLE weekend. Although WWE didn’t update fans besides this, a post on social media indicated the report to be true. A fan uploaded a selfie with his son along with the 16-time WWE champion, who stood with them at their favorite cafe in France.

There are a few matches on Saturday’s main event card that could use Cena’s interference. If not in action, we could see the Hollywood superstar engage in a segment that is relevant to an existing storyline.

Charlotte Flair could make her return to WWE after injury woes

As per the reports by PWI, both John Cena and Charlotte Flair are present in France right now. We already have the proof of the 16-time WWE Champion’s presence, but no such media has been recovered about Flair. The Queen took to ‘X’ a few days ago to upload a picture of herself. In the image, we can see her standing in front of the mirror, in a better shape than before. The caption of the post claims that she is all set to conquer the year 2024 after she paid tribute to last year for all the lessons she learned. She also didn’t have her knee cast. So, it is possible that she may be fit to wrestle already. If not, we may see the former WWE Women’s Champion return to outline her intentions or set up a program at Backlash 2024.
