One event within WWE that fans are passionate about is the celebration of the WWE Draft. WWE holds an annual draft to revamp the Raw and SmackDown rosters through the exchange of talent, including promotions from the developmental brand (NXT). Except for 2022, the draft has been true to its annual appointment. This year will be no different.
But this year things could take a turn. The Draft rarely sees a return of a major star. According to a recent hint dropped by a major figure in the WWE, fans might get to witness the return of the Beast, Brock Lesnar.

Adam Pearce, the general manager of RAW, recently dropped a bombshell on his Instagram. While both managers of the Red and Blue brands are preparing for the draft, Pearce put an image of Brock Lesnar on his story. Discussions over The Beast’s return had prevailed backstage as the promotion looked to find him a home in either brand.
As a consequence of the lawsuit filed by Janel Grant, WWE opted to remove Brock Lesnar from programming, although they did not fire him. So it is possible to see the WWE finally giving another run to Lesnar. In fact, Triple H too confirmed earlier that the former WWE champion is still a part of the promotion.
“Brock is home being Brock” Triple H provides an update on The Beast’s future in WWE
Triple H opened and closed the first day of WrestleMania XL. The Chief Content Officer answered questions from journalists who attended the post-show press conference, where he gave a very juicy headline when he had to talk about Brock Lesnar. The wrestler is still in WWE. When asked about Brock Lesnar’s current situation, Triple H said that The Beast was home, being Brock Lesnar. “Right now, Brock is home being Brock, and we’ll see where that leads to from here. The status is the same as it’s been before. Brock is not gone from WWE. He’s just home being Brock.”
Before he was sidelined, The Beast was rumored to face Gunther at WrestleMania XL. His last appearance was at SummerSlam losing to Cody Rhodes. Now Rhodes is the Universal Champion looking for a top-tier contender while Gunther too is not involved with a proper rival. So it surely would be the perfect time for the WWE to reintroduce the Beast. What do you think? Will we get to see Lesnar return? And who could be his first opponent? Let us know in the comments.
