Paul Heyman has been an influential figure who revitalized the high-flying career of Roman Reigns. Not only Reigns, But the Wiseman has also imparted meaningful advice to several marquee stars like Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, CM Punk, and many more in the division. But when it comes to Roman Reigns, the Wise Man have had his back beyond the professional sphere.

He was even there when Reigns underwent a major loss in his life through his father, Sika Anoa’i’s death. Heyman attended the funeral and had been a constant source of strength to the aggrieving star. So, it’s safe to say that the connection is personal.

Now, a recent photo showcased the Original Tribal Chief coming out together with Heyman backstage during the SummerSlam night. It was reported that they were filming together for backstage segments that is yet to come on TV.

So, it’s quite clear that Heyman enjoyed the banger return of the Tribal Chief in person and screamed in joy. The veteran Hall of Famer also predicted the future for Reigns through his recent social media activities.

Heyman outlines Roman Reigns’ future plans

The 58-year-old simply couldn’t keep calm ever since the Tribal Chief is back to the ring. For obvious reasons, he was the happiest to watch Reigns striking back on his family. He quickly issued a message noting, “Revenge is the best dish served by the Tribal Chief” and put everyone on notice. But that wasn’t it. The friend, philosopher, and guide of Roman Reigns gave away major easter eggs of the Big Dog’s future move in an intriguing IG story. Last week on SmackDown, we saw Reigns toppling the Bloodline. But what we might have missed, he also had a stare down with Cody Rhodes. Posting the segment with captions, Heyman shifted our focus on a fizzled-out rivalry. The video featured the former WWE Universal champion noting ”It’s only a matter of time, that belongs to me,” while staring at Rhodes’ undisputed belt.
