Jacob Fatu, in his first weeks in WWE, has already been able to amaze WWE executives with his excellent performances. The son of The Tonga Kid made his debut in the Stamford-based federation on the episode of Friday Night SmackDown on June 21st. On that occasion, he attacked Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and Cody Rhodes from behind, becoming part of the new Bloodline led by Solo Sikoa. On August 2, however, he was able to win his first title.
He replaced the injured Tonga Loa to team with Tama Tonga and win the WWE Tag Team Titles, defeating Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano in front of the Cleveland crowd. According to what was reported exclusively by PW Insider, WWE executives are particularly impressed by what Jacob Fatu showed during the first months of his adventure in Stamford. In particular, the big shots of the company liked the way in which Fatu managed, right from the start, to bring to the stage unprecedented wickedness and violence, representing a danger and a real threat to his opponents.
However, his run has come to a halt due to an injury he received in SummerSlam. During the main event match between Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhodes, Fatu jumped from the top rope onto Rhodes, who was lying on the commentary table. The move looked brutal, and the impact on Fatu’s leg was enough to sideline him for a while. But what if Fatu is selling the injury? Well, that’s what it seems like as we discuss how he actually is in cahoots with the returning Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns.

Reasons why Jacob Fatu might be a double agent
Missing future WWE shows
As we mentioned, Fatu actually might’ve sold the injury, and it could be because the Original Tribal Chief has returned. According to a theory shared by a Twitter user, Reigns asked Fatu to sideline himself and let him take his revenge on Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa for a while. If Fatu remains with the group, he will have to fight the Big Dog. Something that would be brutal due to the brute strength of the two. The user wrote, “Hear me out, What if Jacob Fatu “faked” his injury because he KNEW Roman was coming and Roman told him not to get involved since he is the Original Tribal Chief. To let him handle business and stay out of the way. Which will lead to Jacob turning on Solo to join Roman.”

What’s your perspective on:
Is Jacob Fatu the secret weapon Roman Reigns needs to dominate WWE even more?
Have an interesting take?
This could be the reason why tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, Jacob Fatu decided to skip the episode due to his injury while Roman Reigns single-handedly destroyed the new version of the Bloodline. Hitting a Superman punch on Solo Sikoa while using a chair and the barricades to immobilize Tonga Loa and Tama Tonga. However, this wasn’t the only clue dropped by the WWE that led to this theory.

Jacob Fatu hides his anger
After Solo Sikoa kicked out Jimmy Uso from the Bloodline, he introduced a new lineup with his cousins. Fatu, Tonga, and Tonga Loa all acknowledged the former enforcer of Reigns as the new Tribal Chief. However, during an episode of SmackDown, the fans surely turned their backs on Sikoa. The crowd in attendance kept screaming Roman Reigns’ name, much to the ire of the new Tribal Chief. So he said, “Oh, don’t cheer for him now. You people don’t deserve Roman. You got me now.”
When Solo mentioned Roman the camera started zooming into Jacob Fatu 👀👀
I wonder where this could be going 👀

But what’s actually interesting about this is the fact that Jacob Fatu was standing right behind Solo Sikoa with folded hands, acknowledging the new Tribal Chief. But the moment Sikoa mentions Reigns, Fatu stares at him with a serious look while the camera zooms in on his face. This surely is a clue from the WWE, which loves building long-term storylines. Now it would be interesting to see when Fatu reveals his new identity to the WWE Universe. Maybe WWE’s next big Premium Live Event will be Bash in Berlin. The show will be held on Saturday, August 31, at the Uber Arena in the city of Berlin, Germany. So, what do you think? Will Fatu reveal himself to be a double agent in Berlin? Let us know in the comments.
