In a shocking turn of events at Crown Jewel, fans saw the return of Kairi Sane to WWE. The Pyrate Princes returned to cost Bianca Belair her title opportunity. Not only did she help Sky retain her championship, but the pair also indulged in a post-match beatdown of Belair. Ironically, that very faction was responsible for throwing Kairi Sane away from the wrestling circuit for a while. But she still helped them out.
Moreover, last week’s Smackdown saw Asuka turn on her partners, Belair and Flair, in a six-woman tag team match against Damage CTRL. The former women’s champion then joined the heel faction to make her intentions clear. Now Bayley’s team looks stronger than ever, and a strong squad has to be made that can stand head and shoulders above them.
