"Did Jimmy Uso betray Paul Heyman, or is there a bigger plan we don't see yet?"

The Bloodline has been in ruthless mode ever since it got rid of Jimmy Uso. From Uso’s perspective, it seems like he does not care for his work anymore now that he is out of the stable, which gives his character meaning. Despite the odds, fans were speculating that he will be back when WWE goes to MSG for SmackDown. After getting disappointed because they did not see his return to NYC, the fanbase must be wondering the reason behind the same. Although we don’t have any official answers, a reason can be predicted based on the current storyline.

The SmackDown episode on 06/28 came to a close on a chaotic and upsetting note when Paul Heyman was destroyed for his loyalty to The Tribal Chief. The Bloodline did not go easy on The Wiseman and as this was going down, Jimmy Uso was expected to come and save him. His silence made fans question whether he would be back in the promotion anytime soon. And maybe this is what WWE wants its fanbase to believe so that his return can be an unexpected surprise, probably alongside, or sometime around Roman Reigns‘ return.

The condition that the infamous manager was left in did not appear good, and he may need some time off work to recover. This situation could be the reason that brings both Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso back to the Stamford-based company. Moreover, a new name might also be added to this storyline as per the WWE universe.

Who else will help Paul Heyman apart from Jimmy Uso?

Seeing the 58-year-old wrestling veteran getting hammered on live TV sparked sympathy in fans who then started fantasy booking to see if there was anyone who could help put an end to their anarchy. This is when most of the members of the internet wrestling community stumbled on a name in unison. The comment section under an official WWE post on X was filled with fans demanding Brock Lesnar’s comeback.

Way before this demand reached the frontline of the fanbase, there was a podcast episode during which the host had already talked about how in a parallel world, Paul Heyman might get rescued by CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. Speaking on the Fightful Wrestling Podcast, the co-hosts discussed Paul Heyman stated, “In another world, Brock Lesnar would be coming to rescue him. And so would CM Punk. You know what, that’s another weird creative booking, you could do all the Paul Heyman people.

Have an interesting take?

Although it is still a farfetched idea that these two guys could come together to save Heyman from the atrocities that he is bearing at the hands of the wrestling heel stable, they could also be put on Reigns and Jimmy Uso’s side if all goes well.
