This year’s WWE Elimination Chamber takes place in Perth, Australia. The show comes after six years to the land down under. Ahead of the show, a press conference was held with all the big names taking part in the show addressing the fans. The first was the Head of Content, Triple H. However, in his enthusiasm to address the fans, he botched one wrestler’s name.

Triple H calls Raquel Rodriguez by the wrong name

Taking to the stage, Hunter first talked about Cody Rhodes not being there. This crowd sang his theme song to make sure his presence was felt. Following this, he talked about how good it was to be in Perth, Australia, and how much fun the WWE stars have been having. Hunter knew how to get the fan’s reaction positively.

Following this, Triple H talked about the women’s Elimination Chamber match, where he called out the contestants. During this, he said “Raquel Gonzále” instead of “Raquel Rodriguez.” While he got the other women’s names correctly, fans quickly noticed his little mistake. Many didn’t believe it at first and went online to confirm what they heard was a botch.

The Women’s Elimination Chamber match will feature Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Naomi, Raquel Rodriguez, and Bianca Belair. The winner will get a shot at the WWE’s World Championship at WrestleMania. Rhea Ripley will defend the title against Nia Jax at the Chamber.
