Whoa! Raw 17/6 went down in history on the sweetest yet creepiest note. All the Uncle Howdy fans out there who were holding their breath to witness the massacre might have had their hearts skip a beat in the last couple of minutes of the show. Bo Dallas and his team claimed, “We are here,” as the lights turned off. There they were, the Wyatt 6 members who cropped up tonight in their sinister attires. As the segment went off the air, let’s quickly scoop into the predictive surprise we just got blown away by.

As soon as the firefly lit up the dark and Bray Wyatt’s iconic music echoed through the stadium, a mysterious woman entity loomed large. Who was she? Nikki Cross, pointing fingers at blood and destruction spread out behind her. Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, and Joe Gacy followed suit to add to the terror. Even Chad Gable was found lying in the massacre, with Uncle Howdy casually looking over it.

To look deep into the spooky characters, Nikki Cross was Sister Abigail, known to be Bray Wyatt’s storyline sister. Joe Gacy got to portray Huskus, the giant Pig from the Funhouse. Erick Rowan, on the other hand, emulated Rambling Rabbit, resembling Bray Wyatt’s different shades of critiques. Last but not least, Dexter Lumis popped up as a rendition of Mercy the Buzzard, Wyatt’s main stimulus.

As Raw 17/6 got ever closer, the anticipation of who would make up the Wyatt 6 got more and more intense. In light of this, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported, “We have heard Bo Dallas, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, all expected to be a part of the group. I saw people go, ‘What about Alexa and Joe Gacy?’ Possibly. I don’t know. Just, I have heard those four names. The other two I have heard speculated. And again, that’s why we put with additional pieces that we haven’t quite confirmed.” Well, Joe Gacy was part of the group, but Alexa Bliss wasn’t.

Including Gacy, though, the Wyatt 6 comprised only 5 characters. So why the Wyatt 6? That’s where the speculation of Alexa Bliss returning after giving birth to her first child came in. When Bray Wyatt was The Fiend, the former WWE women’s champion was his accomplice, Sister Abigail. Wyatt was reportedly going to introduce his new faction last year, but due to his unfortunate passing, WWE put those plans on hold. But because Bliss was part of Wyatt’s run as The Fiend, the community would’ve loved to see something similar. Maybe that’s why she was rumored to be a part of the group.

That said, there could’ve been another reason the Wyatt 6 had only 5 members. The sixth member was Bray Wyatt himself, left open to honor his legacy. Speaking of honoring his legacy, Uncle Howdy’s return had a subtle tribute to Bray Wyatt. As Bo Dallas picked up the lamp, it illuminated his fingers, and highlighted by the lamp’s glow was the word “Bray.” After all, they were real-life brothers, and maybe paying tribute to Bray Wyatt was something Uncle Howdy couldn’t help but do.

Tonight was the succinct trailer of the long-teased Uncle Howdy saga that needs to be mapped out with further precision in the coming weeks. The bonus to this much-awaited segment was that Jey Uso marked himself safe from the rumored blasting.

Jey Uso did damage control after luckily escaping the fated Uncle Howdy attack

The one thing that got more attention from fans at this point was the first prey of Uncle Howdy and the new Wyatt Sicks. Many anticipated Jey Uso to be on the receiving end of Howdy’s wrath, but somehow, he got to enter the Money in the Bank card smoothly. However, that doesn’t mean he will be totally free from the Howdy strafe in the future.

Uso had already rubbed Howdy the wrong way a few days back. He tweeted a picture of himself where he was seen walking down the ring while fans switched on their flashlights, which resembled the iconic Firefly theme of Bray Wyatt. The elder Uso claimed in the caption that the firefly didn’t belong to Howdy or Wyatt, which likely would’ve made Howdy angry.

Now, as the Wyatt Sicks loomed large on Raw tonight, the former Bloodline member gave the firefly back to the family quickly, noting, “I want no smoke on them; they can have the fireflies back.” However, he can still end up receiving the blow sooner or later.
