Joe Hendry has been going viral among the internet wrestling community. One of the reasons is his theme song “I Believe in Joe Hendry” which gained him immense popularity during his time in Impact Wrestling since 2023. The entrance theme peaked on music charts in the UK, which led to the rising popularity of the Scottish wrestler.

Given the partnership that takes place now and then between WWE and TNA, fans have been rooting for Hendry to show up at Clash at the Castle, especially because of the recent references that Hendry has received from WWE personalities.

On the latest Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre opened the show by delivering a promo against his opponent-to-be. As soon as he mentioned the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, he appeared with the rest of the Judgment Day. This is when Pat McAfee said, “Say his name and he appears.” Things took a turn when Hendry also pulled up at The Dungeon training facility headed by Natalya and Tyson Kidd in Florida. Nattie uploaded a video yesterday of him grappling inside the squared circle at the facility. The video ends with Joe Hendry saying, “Wanna say thank you for allowing me to come in and train because a big weekend is coming up.

Drew McIntyre has also talked about the fellow Scottish wrestler during an interview with Cultaholic. He praised the TNA top star, claiming that he ‘believes’ in him, referencing the chorus of his entrance theme. Another theme song referenced was dropped when Joe Hendry used the lyrics of CM Punk’s theme song on his social media.

Moreover, there have been good relations between TNA and WWE, allowing for cross-promotional appearances. So, seeing Joe Hendry appear at the PLE won’t amount to a monumental surprise. Nevertheless, a popular WWE star could also make a surprise appearance at the PLE to add to the stakes of Hendry’s entry.

Joe Hendry may not be the only surprise at the PLE

CM Punk has been a real pain for Drew McIntyre ever since his grand return. Despite his absence from wrestling as an athlete due to the injury, we have been seeing him sabotage McIntyre’s WWE run. So far, there is no update regarding when he could show up for another match or feud. However, it appears that he is building up his storyline with The Scottish Psychopath on the side.
