For the past few years, WWE has given special attention to the proceedings involving The Bloodline courtesy of Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief originally formed this group to serve his own aspirations as he aimed to wreak havoc on the WWE in a new avatar. To do his bidding, the Usos, Sami Zayn, and Solo Sikao joined later to serve their Head of the Table. However, post WrestleMania 40, the stable has undergone a drastic transformation.

So far, we’ve seen several notable wrestlers making the switch to WWE to join the dreaded faction, including fresh faces like Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. And it looks like the Stamford-based promotion isn’t done yet as they are set to usher in some further variety.

There are several rumors in the industry about Hikuleo joining WWE and his stocks are at an all-time high right now. Hikuleo is a well-known figure in pro wrestling with his notable stint in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He is one of the best wrestlers in the business, having previously won the Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship two times.

Hikuleo is another wrestler that fans are looking forward to since his prospects of joining the WWE have improved because his half-brother Tama Tanga and cousin Tonga Loa have recently entered the WWE under the leadership of Solo Sikoa in The Bloodline. This raises a major question: how is he related to Roman Reigns and The Rock?

What is the familial connection between Hikuleo, The Rock, and Roman Reigns?

The short answer is that he is the adopted member of the Anoaʻi family. Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Hikuleo are all sons of the legendary Haku. Hikuleo is adopted by Haku, making him Tama Tonga’s half-brother and Tanga Loa’s first cousin. Furthermore, Haku is considered The Rock‘s and Roman Reigns’ uncle, but not by blood. As a result, they consider themselves cousins, but not by blood.

Nevertheless, Hikuleo will likely have to choose between two opposing sides. He could join forces with the new Head of the Table in the form of Solo Sikao and add to the already impressive arsenal of the faction. Or he could pledge allegiance to The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns when he makes his comeback to the promotion and will have his say on The Bloodline’s affairs. Speculation suggests that Reigns could turn babyface as he aims to take down his own creation with the help of The Usos and other potential allies. Reigns is expected to return during SummerSlam season and Hikuleo’s debut could coincide with that date, paving the way for an intriguing setup.
