Hulk Hogan left professional wrestling after he left WWE in 1993. At the time his contract had expired and also Vince McMahon’s company was under investigation for the allegations of selling anabolic steroids. Shockingly, once Hogan exposed the WWE locker room while defending himself over the allegations of a former WWE legend.

A few years ago, Hulk Hogan appeared on The Howard Stern Show, where the host asked him about the same. Jesse Ventura had stated on the show to Stern that ‘The Hulkster’ sold steroids backstage in WWE back in the day. However, Hogan denied the allegations and shared why Ventura said so.
The 12-time world champion said, “He’s so full of sh*t. I never sell steroids to the boys in the back (and) I did I’d tell you I didn’t do it. I wasn’t trialed for anything, I was a government witness. They figured if they granted me from prosecution I would tell everything I knew which I did.”
Hogan added, “They just wanted to say Vince sold steroids to the boys. I never sold steroids in the back. Jesus everybody had them already. Jesse says full of sh*t like he is.”
The Hulkster’s physique was a marquee in WWE, which made Hogan an American Hero character muscular body. However, as per the WWE legend, Ventura was always jealous of Hogan.
The Immortal One also talked about the time he went to give his testimony at the court on Vince McMahon. Mr. McMahon was on trial with the allegations of him ordering his superstars to take steroids to be more appealing to the audience.
The Hulkster in his trial said as The New York Times mentioned in 1994, “He also said that Mr. McMahon never ordered him to take steroids and never purchased any steroids for him.”

Hulk Hogan said Vince McMahon about Jesse Ventura’s union
Around, WrestleMania 2 in 1986 Ventura was secretly forming a labor union of pro wrestlers in WWE. However, Hogan was a WWE guy at the time and upon learning the same, he told Mr. McMahon about such a union being formed.
Therefore, once close friends, Ventura broke the friendship with Hogan. Hence, The Hulkster told on The Howard Stern Show this might be the reason Ventura is jealous of him. Hogan said, “I didn’t squash it! I went and told Vince. Back then it wasn’t, Jesse was anti-everything.”
He added, “I don’t know how to explain you but Jesse was always stirring crap. But at the time Jesse wasn’t paid like everybody else and he came across the political thing the union thing. It would have destroyed the business back then.”

As per the 2-time WWE Hall of Famer, the union thing wasn’t a great idea back then. However, if today it will be great for the business and help the wrestling business grow.
