Universal Champion Roman Reigns has had a terrific run since his return to the ring at SummerSlam 2020, and becoming Universal Champion at Payback 2020. Since then, the ruthless version of Reigns has remained undefeated.
The last time Roman Reigns actually lost in WWE was back in TLC 2019, where Baron Corbin won the event. However, in 2020, he suffered another loss, but that was via disqualification.

Roman Reigns and Jey Uso teamed up to take on Kevin Owens and Otis. Now, The Tribal Chief didn’t participate in the entire match. Mostly, it was Uso, but Reigns did come to the ring and Owens & Otis secured the victory via disqualification.
However, since the loss wasn’t exactly a clean loss, it’s possible heel Roman Reigns doesn’t count that as a defeat.
Since that reported loss, The Head of the Table has been undefeated.
Roman Reigns has been on a winning streak since 2020
His first rival upon returning was cousin Jey Uso. This feud helped set up the heel character for him, showing him ruthless enough to not spare his own family. The ultimate showdown was at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020, following which Jey Uso finally acknowledged him.

Now, his next challengers are Finn Balor’s The Demon for Extreme Rules 2021 and Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel 2021.
