For a guy who weighs 251 pounds and stands at a little over 6 feet, John Cena can bench press 463 pounds. While there are many athletes in the WWE who boast of impressive physique, very few are as strong as the Hollywood star.
If you disagree with that, you might want to change your view after listening to this WWE legend.

With past and present superstars combined, the WWE fans have witnessed several big men in action, but very little with the impact The Big Show had. ‘The World’s Largest Athlete’ stands at 7 feet tall and weighs an enormous 383 pounds.
The big guy gets asked often about the strongest player he has ever worked with. While two names on his list are common suspects, Cena’s name may surprise many fans.
Big Show in awe of John Cena’s stability
Featuring alongside fellow WWE legends Mark Henry and Kane, Big Show revealed the names during a chat on WWE Network’s Table for 3.
Apart from Cena, he named the other guests as his top three strongest guys he has gone up against.

While hailing Henry’s strength, Big Show recalled the former giving him the World’s Strongest Slam on a table. He also shared how Kane would laugh underneath his mask while lifting the 383-pound star.
And then, the topic turned to Cena. “…and then Cena when he picks me up for the AA [Attitude Adjustment], I can order a pizza, call out for food. He’s so strong and stable, you’re like, ah man this is awesome,” he said.
John Cena uses popular TV host to demonstrate the Attitude Adjustment
If there’s one man in the WWE who can make your wishes come true, it has to be John Cena. The Suicide Squad star has granted a record 650 wishes, through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
But be careful what you wish for, as Cena would leave no stone unturned to make it come true. Sadly, popular British television host Graham Norton learnt it the ‘hard way’.
Earlier in 2018, Cena and his Bumblebee co-star, Hailee Steinfeld, were promoting the movie on Norton’s eponymous show. It was then that the host asked ‘The Cenation Leader’ to show him the ‘deadlift thing’.
The event that followed took Norton and others by surprise as Cena used the host as a dummy to demonstrate his move.
Fortunately for Graham Norton, Cena put him back just as easily as he picked him, thus causing no harm. Needless to say, it scared the living daylights out of the host.
